  I am very new to setting up a web site or a blog. It is one of my requirements in a graduate course I am taking. I need some specific instructions on how to set up the menus. No matter what I do, I cannot delete the menus I have set up and start over, since they are not in the order I want them to be.

  It shows you how you can create them, manipulate them, change order etc.
