menus and logo please help

  when customizing my blog’s welcome page, it shows that the primary menus with my pages are in the header and footer of the page, as well as the logo at the very top, but when I open the actual site in my browser, they disappear. I’ve refreshed and made sure that the customization is saved but it just isn’t showing up and I don’t know how to fix it. please help!

  Hi,

  On the homepage of https://atxmusicreviews.wordpress.com/, I find a logo in the header area, a menu at the bottom of the header area, and the same menu in the footer area. Has the issue been resolved?
