menus and posting

  I created custom menus:
  Home
  Ideas
  Concepts
  Innovations
  I am not able to figure out how to post in individual menus. nor am i not able to figure out how to keep the specific content to specific menus. right now the blog looks like a mess.

  The first step is to publish a few posts and make sure to add categories for them.

  When you add a category to a post and publish it, a category page gets created automatically.

  After that has been done, then you can add the category pages to a custom menu.
