Menus Are BROKEN

    I cannot make a simple drop down menu in any theme, out of WP Admin, or anywhere else on this horrible service. When I try to delete an existing menu, it reappears, with all the items on it. On the site, every single link on the menu shows, instead of folding into a drop down menu. This problem cannot be solved in customize theme, wp admin, or the Menus option on the basic wordpress editor. I have tried several different web browsers, but the problem persists in all of them. I’m at my wits end. WordPress is outdated, but for it to be glitched to the point of not functioning is disgusting.
