Menus changed..returning to default…unable to save

  Dear All,

  We are also facing the problem about “Menus changed..returning to default…unable to save” etc. since today morning.
  Till yesterday, things were fine and found things has been disturbed since today with menus set to default and top banner has been disappeared.
  Can we know what is the problem? If so, is it from our side or WordPress side. If it is wordpress, then when can we expect the reply and if it is, what is the next step that we need to do to resolve the same.
  Please treat this urgent.
