Menus, Posts and Pages
-
I am having trouble with adding menus at the top of my page (it only seems to add individual posts, not the menus I created). So I created a new page instead of a post to see what happened, and it ended up at the top with my posts. How the heck do I make posts that are categorized into menus at the top of my page? And really….what are the extra pages for? Why not just keep making new posts?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi rleeosborn,
When you set up your menu did you indicate whether the menu item was a category, tag, page, etc?
I found this support post very helpful: en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

Yes, I read that support page…what is the navigation label, though? If I want my ‘about’ page to be under my ‘home’ page, can I do that by putting that into the nav label box? And if I accidentally create da page instead of a new post, can I change that, or do I just have to delete and repost? Thanks. :)
