MENUS, Product Categories: View All List Bug

    I have discovered a pagination bug with the Product categories listed for selection, in the MENU setup. My site has 325 categories currently. http://wptartantime.cloudaccess.host

    If you go to MENUS and the menu table, then Select Product Categories – ‘View All’; when you go to page2, it jumps and misses 6 categories (all sub categories).
    Then at the bottom of page 2 it lists the 6 missing submenu categories from page1, out of order and out of position, listing them as main categories – all aligned to the left and not positioned as they should be, indented in from the parent category position.
    Similar problem on page 3 , jumping forward and again with missing categories from previous pages listed with the incorrect alignment at the bottom. And so on.

    Makes setting up large menus difficult.

    Would be grateful for some help to resolve please.
