Menus – product caterogies

  Hi. I have my menus, but i want them to be drop down boxes not showing the whole time. I tried following this guide https://wordpress.org/support/article/appearance-menus-screen/
  But the arrows on the right don’t open the details they should, actually they don’t do anything.
