Menus & Subtabs & Themes available

  What themes have the option of having more than one menu, meaning home, about me, company (plus subtabs), contact me (plus sub tabs)? I am having problems finding a theme where I can put subtabs to. I have tried the Twenty Eleven one suggested in the support documents and not able to get the menus and subtabs, it says IK only have 1 menu available.
  As well, is it better to create menus or tabs with the above example, so that I have a blog and website going on at the same time.
  Please help. Thank you

  You have a misconception.
  One menu means the whole bar of tab for items like about me, company, blah, blah, blah and blah.

  By using custom menu widgets all blogs can have multiple custom menus. But that’s not what you are hung up on.
