Menu's suddenly disappeared from my wordpress site

  This morning I checked my site, but the menu’s have disappeared.

  Menu Header
  Footer Header

  When checking the information in the database, the different links and pages into these headers are missing. When adding them again, wordpress says: added. But when checking again, still missing.

  I have a staging site, where the issue isn’t there.

  I have:

  – reuploaded wordpress 5.0.3
  – cleaned up wordpress database
  – tried to re-add the menu’s

  but that didn’t solve.

  Your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:
