Menus vs pages?

  Am confused. I want an FAQ menu, and an FAQ page to go with it. I have one of each, but after adding a Spreads page, it now appears under the FAQ menu. How do I put the right pages under the right menus?

  You can change the custom link behind the Spreads menu by following the instructions in https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#additional-menu-items
  Check the second bullet titled Link.
