Menus/Pages/Catgories

  I have created Menus: ‘Bikes’ ‘Food’ ‘Records’ and have created pages linked to each menu item. I have posts that have the same category names ‘Bikes’ ‘Food’ ‘Records’. I want the post with those categories to show when the Menu item is selected, and the main page to show all posts. How do I do this?

  I found these instructions which complete part of what I am hoping to do:

  Now, I am wondering if I can display above the categorized posts, one of the pages I have created and then below it the most recent posts with the selected category.

  I want to add static texts above posts on category pages (it is described here https://codex.wordpress.org/Category_Templates) but I don’t know how to access my template file.
