Merge 2 or more blogs into 1.

    Hi WordPress,

    I currently have 2 blog under the .com address.
    For a long time I ran them independent to each other but now I would like to know if there is a way I could merge them together under a new blog and maintain the followers without restarting everything.

    I am also looking at a .org account instead, as I have my domain name as well.

    Thirdly does wordpress offer designers to help with the template layout.
    I can going through the templates but I never find what I really want and lack either the knowledge or the patience with getting frustrated to make it the way I want.
    If there is some who is willing to create a template in my idea then I could fill in the content that would be great!
