Merge accounts

  How can I merge accounts? I created a new one for another email with gravatar, because I didn’t know you could add emails. Now I can’t delete it anymore :-/

  Sadly, they removed “please remove my account”. Also, “Hi there! Gravatar support is closed at the moment.”

  Hi there!

  Are you trying to merge the accounts or just delete the one account?

  If you are trying to merge blogs this topic may be a helpful start:

  As is mentioned in the link posted by @richardolga2078, you cannot delete a Gravatar account, only make it private.

  From the Gravatar website:

  How do I hide my profile?
  
  While you cannot completely delete your profile, you can remove all of your profile information easily through the “Edit My Profile” page, and you can also hide your profile from external access. Visit your profile page (click your name in the top navigation of the website), then click the “Hide My Profile” link in the bottom, right-hand corner.

  Nope, I’d like to merge the account over into my other one, and I’m pretty sure I can’t do that if the account is only private, not deleted.

  Good afternoon!

  Just want to confirm that the below process is not working for you:

  On blog A, with Admin accoun A, make Admin account B an administrator. Then Admin Account B can administer both blogs. You’ll need staff intervention to delete Admin Account A, but it’s not necessary; just don’t sign in as A anymore.

  If you are trying to merge Gravatar accounts that cannot be done.
