  I would like to merge two different accounts with two separate blogs and be able to manage both blogs but under one account, is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t merge accounts. What you can do is transfer a site to your preferred account: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
