Merge Old Blog with New

  I wanted to change the name of my blog, but keep all the old data and such. I understand I have to register a new domain name for my new blog (done), but I’m not sure if it’s linked to my site yet. Will it? How long does it take? Or do I have to build an entire new blog?! I hope not. Or can I simply merge the old one’s platform with the new ones domain name. Thanks!

  Once you’ve purchased the new domain, you just need to set it as the active domain for your site. You won’t need to move any data around!
