Merge stats to hosted site
-
I’m needing help with stats. I’m using a hosted site, and I noticed that now I can’t see my stats. Is there a plugin or a way to merge my stats from wordpress to the hosted site so I can view them?
Thanks,
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there, Jerica,
If you install and activate Jetpack for your self-hosted site, I can merge your WordPress.com site stats with the new site.
Here is a link to download the free Jetpack plugin:
http://jetpack.meOnce that you’ve installed/activated/connected your Jetpack site to your WordPress.com account, let me know! Then, tell me what the URL of your self-hosted site is, as well as the WordPress.com site from which you want me to merge stats.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much.

Hello again,
I have installed and activated the jetpack plugin. Thanks for your help.
The URL of the self-hosted site I believe is just shophellosunshine.com and the wordpress.com site is the same.I would greatly appreciate it if you could merge them for me!
I may be confused on the URL’s for the self hosted site and wordpress, so if that doesn’t seem right please let me know and I’ll try to get the correct Urls. Thanks!

Hiya Jerica,
Thanks for doing that so quickly! It looks great…and the URLs are exactly what I needed.
I’ve merged your WordPress.com site stats with your WordPress.org/Jetpack site stats. They may take a few hours to display properly, FYI. You should be able to see those soon, on your self-hosted site’s stats.
I hope this helps! If you have any other concerns, drop me a note. Thanks much!

Thank you!
Just ran into another problem, not sure if you can help. I just tried checking out with a product to make sure my checkout and payment stuff was working and I got this error code: incorrecly formatted JWS payload.
Do you know what the means or how to fix by chance? -
Hey Jerica,
That sounds like something that’s happening on the .org side of things, correct? If so, because your site is self-hosted with a different provider, support staff at WordPress.com do not have access to your site’s files or the ability to provide support for your current issue.
You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here:
You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance.
Please let me know if I’m mistaken, and you’re attempting an action here at WordPress.com. Just describe what you’re doing, and if it’s .com related, I’ll see what I can do! Thanks!
