  The two WordPress.com accounts cannot be merged. However, you can have multiple sites in a single WordPress.com account. Consider looking at this support document in case you are willing to create multiple sites under one WordPress.com account: https://en.support.wordpress.com/create-a-blog/

  Hi!

  You can try adding the second account’s ID as an Admin account to your first WordPress site. Then keep using the second ID to manage both the WordPress Websites.

  You can easily switch between the two sites using your second account’s ID via the Dashboard.

  Does that helps or do you want to merge the contents of the sites as well?
