merge two blogs

  I have two blogs …one one wordpress.com and one my hostgator rep set up for me through wordpress so the blog would link to my website. What I wanted initially was to link my original wordpress.com blog to a banner on my home page of my website so I dont loose my current blog subscribers. Is there a way to merge the two blogs and if so, can I talk with someone to guide me throughthis?
  My new blog that works to my site is blog.debrasdivinedesigns.com

  Can you give me a little more information? Is your end goal to have everything at WordPress.com or at your Host Gator site? Or do you want it to be a ‘tab’ or menu item on your new site, much like how this site has a ‘News’ item in the menu where their blog posts appear:
