merge two sites into one and change URL

  I have 2 sites. The one above and, averygoodday.wordpress.com.
  I want to move all posts from “in the beanfield” into “averygoodday” and change the site address from averygodday.wordpress.com to,
  http://www.meandgod.wordpress.com. After that I have another question re: changing the infinite scroll down to 4 or 5 posts and everything else in the archives. My user name is averygoodday, I don’t plan to change that. I am Level 1.

  Hi there. It looks like you’ve already created the site at meandgod.wordpress.com, currently set to private. That means you won’t be able to change an existing site’s address to that one, but instead you’ll need to import the content from the two other sites into the third site.

  On each of the existing sites, go to Tools in the dashboard and export your content from each. Then go to the third site and import the two files you’d exported in turn.

  That’s not possible. You can set the number of posts that should appear on the home page initially from your reading settings, but from there more posts will keep loading every time someone reaches the bottom of the page. There is no way to prevent this from happening.

  Thanks for the reply. I’ll be able to get the “Beanfield” posts into “me & GOD. Kinda’ disappointed with the scrolling answer. Really wanted to get rid of the infinite scrolling. Down, and down, …and down. I’ll survive. Again, thanks for the response.

  You can switch off infinite scroll so it doesn’t load posts automatically. They’ll still load as one scrolls down the feed, but only if one clicks the button to load older posts. That’s the closest you can get to not having infinite scroll. You can change this under your Reading Settings: https://en.support.wordpress.com/infinite-scroll/#disabling-infinite-scroll
