Merge Two WordPress Accounts

  I was just added as an admin user on a site which is based off of WordPress.org (tidesofstrange.com), and I also have my personal blog at inurbase.wordpress.com. The two accounts have completely different user names. How can I merge the two blogs to both be managed by the personal blog account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is a process by which one WordPress.com username account can transfer a blog to another WordPress.com username account. Note that I said “WordPress.COM’ and not WordPress.ORG. There is no way to merge as WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG and you need two username accounts one for each site.

  Oh dear … I left out some words’
  Edit: here is no way to merge as WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate sites that run on different software and you need two username accounts ie. one for each site.
