Merge Windows Live Spaces (Multiple Accounts)

  This is something that I could not do before my blog was moved to WordPress. I have two Windows Live accounts and stuff in Spaces for each. Microsoft Live support told me I could not merge the two Spaces posts under one account. But now, I was able to have them each converted to my WordPress blog under the same log-in name. This was about 300 posts on each one. It’s just really nice to have them all in one place now.

  You can export one blog and import the contents to a second blog and thus combine them:

  Export Your Website’s Content

  Import a Website

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/blogroll/import-export-links/

  Then set the blog you exported from to “Private” so if you want to experiment with the look and feel of a site you can do it in private – also remember that once a blog name is deleted at WordPress.COM the name is gone forever and can never be used again even by you.
