  I would like to merge two WordPress accounts I have to keep things in one place.

  You can’t merge two accounts but if you have two sites hosted at WordPress.com under different accounts then you can transfer one site to a different account:
  https://wordpress.com/support/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
