Merging Accounts

Hello,
I have two very different blogs on two different wordpress accounts. I would like to merge them under one account so that I can manage them both from there (and also delete the now useless extra account). I don’t want the websites to merge, I just want the access to be controlled by only one account.
There are a lot of search results for this, but none seem to quite address what I’m trying to do. Can anyone help me? Thank you!

The email address registered with your WordPress.com username account is your unique identifier. Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and their associated email address.
