merging accounts

I was in a conversation with a customer service rep about transferring the domain charlainemartin.com to my charfit account, then eliminating my tfit4life account. Now that I followed one of the steps, I lost the conversation! Help?

You’re currently logged into the charfit account, and I can see the domain, charlainemartin.com and the Premium Plan in this account.
However, your site still belongs to tfit4life. Please log out of this account, and log back in as tfit4life. Then follow these instructions to transfer ownership of the site itself to your charfit account:

Once you’ve done that, the tfit4life account won’t have access to the site any more. If you don’t want to use that account at all after this, change the email to a throwaway address you can delete afterwards, and set a long, random password, and no one will be able to access that account again. Make sure to remove any personal info you added to your profile before you do that:
