Merging different sites to the same admin email

  Hello, I wanted to know if it was possible to merge to different sites to the same admin email. My organization has 2 legacy sites on WordPress, & I am in the process of creating our 3rd site for our newest team of apprentices. Is it possible to merge the 2 existing sites to one general admin e-mail address, so I can manage & archive all 3 sites from one e-mail instead of 2 separate ones? I hope this makes sense. Thanks!
