merging my two wordpress sites: (email visible only to moderators and staff) to lucyalford.net

  Help! I’ve set up a domain (lucyalford.net) with namecheap, and also have this domain set up as a WordPress site, but need to merge it somehow with the site I designed already on wordpress, lucyalford.wordpress.com. Can you help me with this?

  Sure thing! It looks like the existing site is blank, so here’s how to get it working with your site here on our servers.

  I’d recommend updating your name servers first. Log into Namecheap and update the name servers to these:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  While you’re waiting for that to take effect, choose a plan here:
  https://wordpress.com/plans

  Then add your domain: https://wordpress.com/domains

  You can map or transfer it — whichever works best for you. Mapping is always free, but you’ll need to keep the domain renewed through Namecheap. Transferring is included with your plan, but you’ll need to renew the name each year after that here, in addition to the plan price. Our pricing is currently $18/year for .com domains.
