Merging Sites

  I started a free WordPress site, this one, gobluegirl68 in 2014 and abandoned it. Then I went to start again, and created gobluegirl.com, paid for a domain and some other ‘stuff’ I don’t even understand…and now I want to merge the two. I actually like the format of the first site better but I have no idea how to copy that format and apply it. Can I merge two blogs into one, preferably the paid one?
