Merging stats and subscribers with new self-hosted site

  I moved my main blog from a WordPress.com site (crissybakes.wordpress.com) to a self-hosted site (crissybakes.com) recently, using jetpack. Understandably, when I made the switch, I lost all of my statistics. I am wondering if it is possible to merge the stats from the old WordPress.com site with the current stats on the new .ORG site, and how to go about that?
