Merging tags

  Is there a way to merge 2 tags? … ie. I have two tags “Christmas Classics” & “Christmas Classics Stamp Set” … and I would like to merge these two tags.
  The only way I have been doing it … is to view each post and change the tags manually from the post! Very time consuming! :(
