Merging two account.

  I created two accounts (accidentally) and need to merge them or delete one (so I can use my preferred username ‘anewlis’ and email address ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ on the same one.

  Just change the email of the one you no longer want, and then put your preferred email into ‘anewlis’. Since emails can only be used for one account, you’ll need to change the email for the account you don’t want.
