Merging two accounts or just moving over billing info?

    My old username was ‘wrennie5’
    My new username is ‘juliawren’

I don’t care about the blogs on wrennie5 except for ‘TheArtofLeaping’ as I created it for someone else. I keep getting charged for the domain mapping. I need that blog and the billing details moved over to the ‘juliawren’ account please. In fact, even better, moved over to her account (username ‘michelleleaps’) so she can add her own credit card details in and I don’t have to keep billing her every year).

Then I can forget about ‘wrennie5’ – unless it is possible for you to remove everything associated with it?

    Thanks
Julia (please note that the email associated with wrennie5 account is no longer valid)
ps I can’t find a way of posting this anywhere except the public forums unfortunately.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and their associated email address.

The blog’s owner must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades to renew them or transfer the blogs and the upgrades to another username account.

    Please see:

That’s great to have the link on how to do this.

However, because the email on my old username ‘wrennie5’ no longer exists and it needs a confirmation to perform this task – I tried changing the email to another one (not the one I’m using on the ‘juliawren’ user – and it won’t accept it). Now I find out that this email is being used for a user of ‘oldusername2013’ – when I go into the blog associated with this user it does not give me the ‘remove’ option for the user.

    Any help on this one?

    Thanks, Julia

Yes. There is one and only one means of account recovery. I’ll post the whole none yards below and the account recovery link will be in the last paragraph.

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and delete the site. https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
    follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility

If the log-in information is lost visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

If required please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
