merging with current wordpress account

  Can I merge this account with my current wordpress account? I was under the impression that I was setting up a Jetpack account, but it looks like I created a seperate account. I already have a wordpress account but cannot figure out how to connect it with this account.

  You can transfer your site hosted at wordpress.com to other wordpress.com account
