So we moved our site from Site5 to you. Have been building the new site in the background on the staging site. My boss came in today ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) and she cant log in at all. What I see is that we are on a free plan. My boss bought the entrepreneur plan so somehow that has disappeared. The website is still down.
We are going in to, now the third week I believe since transfer. I need to get our site up and I have no clue what is holding it up. This has been a nightmare since we moved over.
Something is wrong with jetpack. I keep getting an error’Jetpack can’t communicate with your site because your site isn’t responding to requests’.
When my boss tries to sign back up for the site she gets a jetpack error.
So overall not a great experience so far.
We need this fixing.
1) Jetpack issue
2) Entrepreneur issue
3) Boss not being able to log in issue
4) Site is still down
5) Cantset the correct timezone because Jetpack cant communicate with your site because your site isn’t responding to requests.
This has been so stressful, please help asap. I am at my wits end.WP.com: Yes
