Message error

  The message “An error occurred while refunding your upgrade. Please contact support” has just appeared on my screen after I clicked on a button, inside my email, to confirm a cancellation. Have my cancellation been executed succesfully?

  Hi there,

  I see a cancellation and refund in your account for your WordPress.com Premium for $73, which accounts for everything except for your domain name and its privacy. If you want to cancel and refund your domain you can still do so but you will need to do it immediately as it is almost outside of its refund period.
