Message going to Spam folder

    https://sitarafoods.com/ : this is the site url.

    In this site , the mails through contact form are going to spam folder not in the inbox. Previously the site has some malware , that was resolved from our end but still all mail are not coming to inbox they are going to spam folder. Verified SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records also, they are also okay.

    please help me to resolve the issue.

    We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You can check the spamratio of your emails at e.g. https://www.mail-tester.com/

    This issue is caused by filtersettings of your mailserver. Whitelisting the sending emailaddress normally solves this problem.
