Message missing

Hi, me and other blogger found out that the message we left on our blog or other people’s blog are missing. The situation has last for a few days already.
Because one blogger told me this yesterday and I checked last night, I found out that our messages would not appear especially when we read articles in reader, and tried posting response in the blank underneath. Or, when we saw other people’s response and wanted to write responses through the notification page space, after we finished and clicked enter, the message would also be gone. Right now I found the message would be saved and shown successfully only when we were at the artcle’s page and responded underneath.
I don’t know if anyone can help explain what’s wrong and if there is anyone can help fix this problem. It does affects our communication with other users or potential customers, and it also affect our intention in using your service. Thank you!WP.com: Yes

So, you’re saying that when you’re on the WordPress.com Reader and leave a comment it doesn’t appear on the blog, correct?
Also, on what blogs is this happening?

Yeah, until a few minutes before I wrote the above message, the problem was still there. On Reader and I tried to leave comment, and the comment didn’t show up. But if I visited the blogger’s website to read the article (https://grizzle.video.blog/2022/03/26/%e5%9b%a0%e7%82%ba%e5%b9%bb%e6%83%b3%ef%bc%8c%e6%89%80%e4%bb%a5%e7%be%8e%e5%a5%bd/), and left the comment below, the comment would appear.
Right now, 4 hours after my previous post, I found the problem was gone. I can leave comment through Reader now.
Just before I saw your message, I found the recent messages (over the past 10-12 days) on my blog all go to junk messages, I need to read them again and approve them manually. I checked my setup and I didn’t click approving message manually.
If you know what happened or what to do to avoid the thing happening again, please let me know. Thank you.

If your comments don’t appear immediately, it means the other blogger likely has comment moderation enabled, so your comments will only appear once they manually approve it. That’s why it sometimes only appear later – if they are online while you comment they can approve it immediately, but if they’re not online at that moment, they’ll only approve it later.
This is entirely in control of the blog owner, and there’s nothing you or us can do to prevent that :)

If the comments on your site went to spam, it’s because our spam filter thought they were spam. If you believe they are not spam, mark them as Not Spam, and our spam filter will learn to not block similar comments in future.
