Hello,
I am so sorry, I just purchased the wrong WordPress plan. I am transferring an existing website from Drupal to WordPress and I thought I would need to purchase the business plan prior to transfering, but it looks like I need to transfer the domain first before purchasing the monthly plan. Can you please refund me the purchase I just made so I can set up the website correctly before purchasing the monthly plan? Thank you!

Hey there,
In order to import your existing site content, I would strongly recommend against connecting or transferring your domain until after the transfer is complete. Third-party hosting providers will often be unable to access site content once the domain is no longer connected. Additionally, a domain is not required to set up or use a site plan such as the business plan, and a plugin will likely be required to complete the site transfer/import.
If you still wish to cancel and refund your Business plan, you can certainly do so. You can cancel and refund purchases by visiting Upgrades > Purchases. Then select the purchase you wish cancel and select Cancel. You can also follow our help guide here:
