Messed up my blog formating
-
I have somehow messed up the formatting of my blog. I think I erased some important code that aligns everything the way it is supposed to be. What do I do?!!!? What have I done?

Delete everything in the CSS editor box, while keeping the toggle ON for “Add this to…” and save stylesheet. This will get you to the original theme stylesheet – kinda back to start, but i suppose its better to start from scratch again.

He doesn’t have the CSS upgrade.
Sam, set your blog to display only one post per page (settings > reading) and then go through them one at a time to see which post is causing the issue. When you find it, you will need to fix it.
I suspect you have been copying and pasting from either the web, an email, or another program and have brought in some html that is messing things up.
If pasting from another source, use the “paste as plain text” icon on the extended tool bar and if using MS Word, use the “paste from Word” icon.

In the W3C validation report, there is references to frames, scrolling, frameborder, frameset, rows, and a handful of other things that tells me you’ve tried to copy and paste from the web. It will virtually always mess things up unless you so as I suggested above.

Yes!! You were right. I found the post. And I was guilty of copying and posting. Big lesson learned. Thank you so much…starting to panic!
