Messed up wordpress install when tyring to create a new theme

Ok i’ve recently gone back to using wordpress. Well i decided to try and bring over a theme i wrote for zikula to my wordpress site so i could have the same look. The issue probably lies in using http://wp.tutsplus.com/tutorials/theme-development/developing-your-first-wordpress-theme-day-3-of-3/ to help(i followed all three days of it too make the basic framework) The problem is when i set my new theme with just the basic framework told to me there it causes a bunch of errors.
On logging in i recieve the following:

M46 S&GHelp on fixing this would be great so i could get the site back up. Also if there’s a guide as easy as the one i posted to follow for the current version of wp i would be grateful ;)
