I have this box in my side links that says Meta. I am new, but I don’t want it b/c it makes me look like a noob. What does it mean and how can I get rid of it?

I was a noob, without a spoodle, for a while…then I figured out that I liked the spoodle, and spooted one..on the bottom of my site…which allows me quicker access to the scootle…which is flog for sign in without having to renoodle.

In case you didn’t get that…it took me a while as a newbie, to realize …that META allowed me to sign into my site, without having to reload the page every time I had a power serge or was rebooted for whatever reason.

Okay, Pan, I’m a noob, and apparently there is something that I am missing, as to why META shouldn’t be visible on my blog site? Please advise.

@sonsothunder: I never said it shouldn’t be visible; if you like it, you can have it. Rhyminworm apparently doesn’t like it (neither do I), so I linked to the post that explains how to get rid of default sidebar items plus suggested an alternative for a log-in tab.

Okay, I wasn’t trying to be flippant, just wondered if I were missing some reason that it was better to add the Sign On Page.. to my browser…bookie instead of having a META option.. is all. You have helped me in these rooms before, and I realized that I may have come across sounding as I knew more than I do…which, I don’t…and DO respect your opinion. Pan thanks
