Meta Data-Editing the blogs description

  Where do I edit the blogs description and how do I get the description to preview under the web address when showing under a Google search? As it is now a preview of the last blog post shows and not the description of the actual blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  In WordPress.com it’s impossible to change page titles or meta descriptions, since it will generate those automatically…
