Meta Description and title on google search

    On google search engine it shows a different Meta Description and title than I have created for my Home page. When shared on whatsapp it also shows a different image than my logo? I have tried everything but these 3 things still remain the same, how do I fix this?

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes
