Meta desription does not show in facebook

  Hi,
  I have written a title and a meta description under settings (titel for website and slogan). But when I try to put a link at facebook all I see is this:

  (No title)
  http://melaroomsdotcom.wordpress.com/

  1 of 1Choose a Thumbnail
  No Thumbnail

  So no desciption at all, why and what can I do? Also I wonder why it says http://melaroomsdotcom.wordpress.com and not http://www.melarooms.com?

  Are you using Publicize to post to Facebook?

  Yes, it is activated.. when i publish a new post it shows at facebook. But when I just want to share my webpage, not just one post, it does not work..

  Unfortunately, it’s up to Facebook to choose what it displays, and we have no control over this.
