Meta Pixel

    I want to install Meta Pixel.
    When following the instructions of the plugin the following error appears:
    On the ‘select your ad account’ page: Your ad account limit has been reached. You’ll need to remove yourself from any ad accounts you no longer need access to.

    I have a deactivated ad account on my Meta Business Suite and an active one (that I want to use) in my ad manager. I have a limit of one ad account in the Business Suite and therefore can’t ad the other one.

    I tried to insert the pixel code manually but get the error ‘We haven’t received any events for the pixel Julia Farbenfroh Website (29133872323027**). Please check that the pixel code on your website is set up correctly.’

    Yesterday the Facebook support failed to help me and sent me to you.

    Hi,

    It seems like you might be facing difficulties with a self-hosted WordPress.org website, and not with a WordPress.com-hosted one. WordPress.org is a free site-engine software, while WordPress.com is a web hosting company.     You can find further support by posting to the WordPress.org support channel, available from here: wordpress.org/support/forums/

    You should also try reaching out to the plugin’s authors (of the plugin you are facing these issues with).
