  We cannot add meta tags. See if there is another method of verification such as an HTML file option. Sometimes you can make a page or a post with the content of the HTML file and name it with the name of the HTML file and that works, but it will depend on what blogzur allows. Contact them and tell them you are on wordpress.com which does not allow meta tags..
