We can’t do that at wordpress.com and really it isn’t necessary.
In my experience, even with professionally crafted meta descriptions, Google will only use them about 40% of the time at best. Most times they pull something on their own to use as the snippet for a site, page or post.
Meta keywords aren’t even looked at even glancingly by any of the major search engines. Last I heard only 1 or 2 at the very bottom of search engine market share used them. Here is Google’s Matt Cutts on meta keywords not being used anymore:
Categorize and tag your posts appropriately and do not go overboard. 10 or 12 tags maximum. Use good titles with keywords in them, and use keywords in your posts and pages, but do not overdo it or the search engines will toss you in the basement. Put in a good tagline/site description, but keep it concise.
And after that, just don’t worry and blog.
You can also search for SEO and such terms over at One Cool Site blogging tips. She has a ton of good articles on making your blog better and improving your search engine ranking.
