    hello,

    i want to edit meta tag. how to add below meta tag into index.php file of wordpress??

    <META HTTP-EQUIV=Refresh CONTENT=”0; URL=http://www.tipaimukdam1999.wordpress.com/”>

    If you are talking about the blog listed in the code above (and you probably are), we do not have access to the underlying theme files here since this is a multi-user platform and we all share the same files. A change by one person would change it for everyone.
