  Hello,
  I would like to insert meta tags, title and description, for each pages of my website. How can I get some custom field in the pages ? Do I have to use a plugin seo or is there any other solution ? I am working on the Edin theme, with premium and I have to find a free solution.
  I would very apprciate your help.

  You can’t do that on WordPress.com sites/blogs
