meta tags title keyword and description duplication

  hello can someone help please

  i am using all in one seo pack but when i check the code i notice at the top of the page the meta keywords and description tags are empty.

  When i scroll down to see where the all in one code starts there you see description and keywords again but as i want them to be – how do i remove/prevent the meta tags duplication at the top of the page, albeit they are empty.
